2020-4組份（粒料）失重秤控制系統于5月18日正式上線，本失重秤控制系統是根據我司十多年來在化纖行業的經驗，以及在借鑒國內外相關行業成功經驗的基礎之上，專門開發的具有完全自主知識產權，特別針對化纖行業中高檔產品對于切片和色母粒的連續混料、給料的高要求進行過程控制的一套專業設備，此種設備可以依據生產需求，把多種不同的原料按照不同的百分比連續均勻的混合到集料斗中，提供給擠出機；計量精度可以滿足從3KG/h到350KG/h的生產能力。 本失重秤控制系統特點： ◇全中文界面設計，可以對當前小時產量和總流量進行監控和統計； ◇通過稱重方式控制喂料系統連續定流量供料，計量精度高； ◇安裝使用方便，采用特殊設計，混料均勻；另外更換切片方便，便于清理，減少浪費； ◇操作簡單，控制多個工位，在已調好參數設置后每一次更換生產訂單只需重新設置下相關原料混合的百分比即可生產； ◇本系統獨特設計，更換批次時出色速度明顯優于相關進口設備，正品率提高了33%以上； ◇整機采用免維護設計理念，喂料系統免維護，外加進口免維護電機；高性能真空吸料機與粉塵分離器組合，使得環境整潔，減少粉塵污染；整機維護簡單，使用壽命長。 美篇介紹鏈接 https://www.meipian.cn/9v8vecf
